Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: jalapeños or honey

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Fill silicone muffin cups ¾ full.
  3. Air fry 350°F for 10–12 mins until golden.
  4. Brush with honey butter.

Notes

Air Fryer Tip: Silicone cups = zero sticking, easy cleanup
