Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken wings (split, tips removed)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

1. Prep Wings : Pat wings completely dry with paper towels. This is CRUCIAL for crispiness
    2. Season: In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. The baking powder draws out moisture for extra crisp
      3. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange wings in a single layer. Cook 10 minutes, flip, cook 10 more. Internal temp should hit 165°F
        4. Optional Sauce: Toss in buffalo, BBQ, or garlic parmesan sauce after cooking
