2. Season: In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. The baking powder draws out moisture for extra crisp
3. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange wings in a single layer. Cook 10 minutes, flip, cook 10 more. Internal temp should hit 165°F
4. Optional Sauce: Toss in buffalo, BBQ, or garlic parmesan sauce after cooking
